About Our Adventures
In the spirit of community, we named our centers after the
School District Mascots. All of our Communities are rich in
their own heritage and traditions. We work to honor that in
our educational centers.
We like to think of ourselves as voyageurs in learning, where every "Little" in our centers will participate and partake in learning voyages filled with fun, new ideas, treasures of skills and forged friendships. Our ship will set sail just in time for your child to join us on our adventure through learning and endless discoveries.
We look forward to many journeys, which include: language and literacy; mathematics; science; social and emotional development; fine and gross motor skills; music and movement; Spanish; and much more!
Our goal is to help our "Littles" build a foundation of skills, concepts and sense of self that will prepare them for their life-long journey in learning.
The teachers, administrators, and staff at ACADEMY OF LITTLE VIKINGS are united in their belief that, "It’s amazing what we can do when we come together," and that all children:
Learn best while engaging in educational experiences, social interactions, direct instruction, and play.
Require active learning, which is based on children's interest, developmental level and skill development.
